REHEARSAL for a FUNERAL

REHEARSAL for a FUNERAL is a Konkani-language fiction comedy feature film. It features a cast of 50+ non professional actors and is shot entirely in and around the village where I live in Goa, India.
The film was selected along with five feature films in the NFDC Film Bazaar Work in Progress Lab 2023.
A LAUGHING MAN
Two channel video installation & kinetic sculptures
A LAUGHING MAN is an ongoing project by Aldona Video Club (AVC) with its origins in a cinematic exercise. It is a collaboration between artists Grant Davis & Kapil Das.
In 2023, the project was included as part of Synaesthetic Notations at Serendipity Arts Festival, Goa, India. In addition to A LAUGHING MAN the film, this edition of A LAUGHING MAN featured sculptural works by AVC’s newest member, Jatin Patel.
